  • Ken walked out of the MTR subway station. The air was hot and humid. He was in Mong Kok, one of the busiest places in the world. People walked quickly in every direction.

  • Above him, large neon signs flashed in bright colors: red, blue, and green. It was very loud. He heard buses, taxis, and people talking on phones. Ken felt small in the big crowd, but he was excited. He had his backpack and a map. He was ready to explore the famous markets of Kowloon. This was the start of his adventure.
