  • Dear Diary, my journey begins in January! I am in Nakhon Sawan for the Chinese New Year festival. The streets are decorated with red lanterns. I watched a long, colourful dragon dance through the city.

  • People wear red clothes for good luck. I ate tasty steamed buns and sweet cakes. The sound of drums and firecrackers is very loud. It is a very happy and busy start to my year in Thailand!
